2. Information on this website

We do not provide an application form, accept financial documents, or ask for your PAN, bank account number, income details, or passwords on this website. Our hosting provider, Google Cloud, may process technical information such as your IP address, browser, request time, and requested page to deliver the site and protect its operation. Provider retention is governed by its service terms and privacy policy.

If you email us, your email address and the information you choose to send will be used to respond to your request. Please do not include identity documents or sensitive financial details in general enquiries.

3. Optional analytics and advertising

If enabled and you choose “Allow optional”, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel may process page views and WhatsApp button clicks, along with browser and cookie identifiers. We use this to understand visits and improve advertising. A click is not recorded as a completed loan application, qualified lead, or approval.

Events may include the button’s location, the landing-page version, and an approved campaign code. We do not pass loan documents, chat contents, phone numbers, or financial information into these events. Unknown campaign values are ignored. Google and Meta may process this information outside India under their own policies.

Optional scripts do not load unless you accept. If no analytics services are configured, they remain disabled. Your choice is stored in your browser under “chhotu-consent” until you change it or clear browser storage. Cookie settings in the footer let you change your choice. Declining after accepting revokes tracking permission, clears accessible analytics cookies, and reloads the page to unload scripts; it cannot remove data already received by a provider.

4. When you continue to WhatsApp

The button opens WhatsApp with a generic message. It does not automatically send that message. If you send it, your WhatsApp profile, number, and messages become available to the business and its messaging provider. WhatsApp is a separate service governed by WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy.

Where you have accepted optional tracking, an approved campaign reference may be added to the message. It describes the campaign, not your identity. You can remove it before sending.

The external chat service must explain its operator, automation, information required, purposes, recipients, retention, and how to withdraw consent before collecting personal or financial information. This website does not run or store those conversations.

5. Lending partners and your choices

The website itself does not submit your personal information to a lender. Any future referral or application through the WhatsApp service must identify the recipient lender and obtain the appropriate permission before sharing your details. Review that lender’s privacy policy before proceeding. Do not share an OTP, UPI PIN, or banking password with anyone.

6. Questions and privacy requests

You may contact us to ask about information you have shared with us, request correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for future use. We may need to confirm your identity and consider retention obligations. Requests concerning WhatsApp or a lender may also need to be addressed to that provider. This service is intended for adults aged 18 or over.
